Terms of Service

Reborn Ventures LLC, doing business as Reelmatik. Draft of October 9, 2026.

These terms govern your use of The Social Listing Kit by Reelmatik (the "Service"), provided by Reborn Ventures LLC, doing business as Reelmatik ("Reelmatik", "we").

1. The Service

The Service turns listing photos, video and facts you provide or link into social media posts ("Kits"), and can publish approved posts to social accounts you connect.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and a licensed real estate professional or authorized by one. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in links are personal; do not forward them.

3. Your content and permissions

  • You keep ownership of the photos, video, headshot, voice recordings and text you provide ("Your Content").
  • You grant Reelmatik a limited license to use Your Content to create, store, and publish your Kits.
  • You confirm you have the rights to the listing photos and video you provide or link, including permission from the photographer and seller where required.
  • AI likeness, voice cloning and singing are used only with your separate consent (see the AI Likeness and Voice Consent).

4. Accuracy and compliance

Posts are built only from listing data and facts you confirm. You are responsible for reviewing posts before approval and for compliance with fair housing laws, your brokerage's policies, MLS rules and advertising rules that apply to you, including Florida Rule 61J2-10.025 where applicable.

5. Plans, payment and refunds

  • Single kits are paid per listing. Listing Pro is billed monthly or annually and includes a set number of kits per month; unused kits do not roll over.
  • Brokerage-covered kits are billed to the brokerage under its agreement with Reelmatik.

6. Social accounts

When you connect a social account, you authorize Reelmatik and its posting provider to publish the posts you approve. You can disconnect at any time.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for content that is false, discriminatory, infringing or unlawful, or to impersonate another person.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law
