Getting started
- How do I sign in?
- Enter your email and we send a one-time sign-in link. You can also continue with Google.
- What do I need to set up?
- Your name, phone, a headshot and your consent choices. A voice recording, extra photos, a music style and your colors are optional.
Your kit
- How long does a kit take?
- A preview takes about two minutes. A full kit takes about 10 to 15 minutes. We email you when it is ready.
- How do I approve it?
- Open the kit and press Approve and schedule all. Untick any post you do not want first. You can also turn on auto-approve.
- How do I fix a post?
- Press Fix this on the post. Pick a quick fix or tell us what to change, by typing or by voice. Text and music edits are unlimited; each kit includes 3 AI fixes.
Posting
- Which platforms?
- Instagram and Facebook. We are working on TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Why can't Instagram connect?
- Instagram posting needs a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. You can switch in the Instagram app settings.
Your data
- Can I delete my voice and photos?
- Yes. Email support@reelmatik.io and we remove your voice model, headshot and photos.
- Who can see my kits?
- Only you and authorized Reelmatik staff. Brokerage admins see roster status and kit counts, never your voice, consents or posts.
