Photo and Video Rights

Before we build a kit from listing photos or video, agents who are not covered by a participating brokerage confirm this statement for each listing (text version 2026-10-09-draft1):

I confirm I own these listing photos and videos or have permission from the photographer and the seller to use them for marketing this listing on social media.

Why we ask

Listing photos are usually owned by the photographer and licensed for marketing the listing. Using them on social media to market that listing is normally covered, but the license is between you, your brokerage, the seller and the photographer.

Brokerage-covered agents

For agents whose brokerage participates and whose listing is held by that brokerage, the brokerage confirms photo rights under its agreement with Reelmatik.

If a photographer asks us to remove a post
