This policy explains how Reborn Ventures LLC, doing business as Reelmatik collects and uses information when you use The Social Listing Kit.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, brokerage.
• Content you provide: headshot, optional voice recording and photos, listing links, listing photos and video, and text or voice notes.
• Consent records: which consents you gave or withdrew, the version of the text, your typed name, time and IP address.
• Usage: pages visited and product events (for example, preview started or kit approved), using a first-party anonymous cookie. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
• Connected social accounts: the tokens our posting provider needs to publish posts you approve.

How we use it

To build and publish your Kits, run your account, send service emails, provide support, prevent abuse and improve the Service.

Service providers

We use processors to host the Service and store media (Railway, Cloudflare), send email (Resend), take payments (Stripe), publish posts (our social posting provider), import listing data (Apify) and generate media (AI vendors such as fal.ai, Kling, ElevenLabs and Anthropic). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Who sees your data

Only you and authorized Reelmatik staff. If your brokerage covers your kits, its admins see your roster status and kit counts for billing, never your voice, consents or posts.

Retention and deletion

You can ask us to delete your voice model, headshot and photos at any time (support@reelmatik.io). Consent records are kept as evidence of what you agreed to. [Retention periods to be confirmed by counsel.]

Your choices

You can withdraw any AI consent, disconnect social accounts, and request access to or deletion of your data.
